DM-DG_Vapour

Unreal Tournament (UT99) Map No. 3
Prepare for Battle on a futuristic anti-gravity platform floating amidst the vapours of
the clouds. The platform is suspended in the troposphere by a huge spinning
anti-gravital ring. Traffic from the nearby high-technology metropolis buzzes
over-head. The crosswinds and lower gravity of the high altitude force you to fight
your best to stay alive.
BonusPads hold the key to controlling the map, including lowering the bottom
arena platform into your view for a furious monster kill (Volatile Ammo mutator is great
for this), and teleporting over to the two Redeemer Pads located far in the distance where
you can nuke the arena area for those extra points.

Tournament DeathMatch with a few Arcade style play features. |
| Design |
This map originated with
my idea of playing with large spinning movers and kickers. I thought it might be fun
to make a map that was a bit more arcade-ish. This includes items such as spinning
holograms that indicate where power-ups are located. |

This package includes two
.unr map files, .utx custom texture file, and documentation.
Both maps are almost identical, DM-DG_Vapour][ is mod'ed with the tilted platforms
connected to the outer platform for newbie players or those who prefer using less
air-control. |
