Foliage
UE3 currently has a hitching bug with large amounts of TerrainMaterial Foliage on certain
NVidia 8000 series configurations.
UE3 supports three different foliage systems: Terrain DecoLayers, TerrainMaterial Foliage,
and FoliageFactory Volumes.
The materials used on foliage StaticMeshes are normally set to nondirectional. This
usually means that the foliage must be blended to match the environment by modifying the
Materials so that their gamma and brightness match the scene.
